ヨガを普段習いに行っているのですが、また自分の身体への新しい気づきができました。
教授の作って下さった食事は、一つ一つの素材の味を活かされてて、とても美味しかったです！
料理の作り方も話していただき、すごくシンプルな作り方に驚きました。笑

今回、この講義のご縁があり、楽しく勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。
また、お会い出来ることを楽しみにしています。というか、会えそうな気がします。笑

先生の作られた味噌レシピが気になりましたのでなにか、そういう調味料や常備しておける食材の保存方法とかの講義があれば嬉しいです◎
