昔はてんぷらが高級品だったとは

油については、TVや本で、ココナツオイルが認知症予防に良いとか、便秘解消にオリーブオイルを大さじ2杯飲むといいとか、本当のところはどうなんだろうと疑問に思っていました。講義を聞いて、スーパーでよく見る安価なオイルと、圧搾のみのオイルの値段の違いがなぜか、よくわかりました。

2日目の調理実習で、頂いたてんぷらがとてもおいしくて、昔はてんぷらが高級品だったという教授の言葉にハッとしました。。少人数の和やかな雰囲気で、生産者としての大林教授の思いを、しっかり受け取ることができました。

消費者として、家族や、周りの人たちに私の言葉で伝えられたらと思います。講義後に放課後活動として、廃油でキャンドルを作ってお土産に頂き、ありがとうございました！尾道でゆったりと、楽しく学ぶことができ、充実した2日間でした。
