道前教授と美味しい日本酒を訪ねる旅

こんにちは。モテる日本酒学1期生の鳥内です。講義を受講してから約3ヶ月。ようやく念願だった道前教授が営む酒屋へ行ってきました。お店の名前は「酒うらら」。場所は、岡山県西粟倉村の森の学校の中にあります。尾道からは、車で2時間半くらいでしょうか。

廃校になった小学校でお店を開かれていて、すごく素敵でした。品揃えも豊富で、かつ1本1本が本気のセレクトなので、迷ってしまいます。

お店の外には、カモが泳いでいました！プールだった跡地を活用しているそう。のどかですね〜。

夜は、道前教授日本酒に関わる職業ではないのに、すごい日本酒に詳しい方たちの集まるお食事会で、いろんな日本酒の知識が聞けてすっごい楽しかったです。ますます、日本酒が好きになりました！

・講義後、有志で尾道の居酒屋に懇親会を開催予定です。
・今後、遠足講義として、酒米見学（7～8月）、酒蔵見学（11月末）を企画中です。モテる日本酒学の卒業生は、特別価格で参加できます。
・講義内でお酒の試飲がありますので、受講の際の通学手段にはくれぐれもお気をつけください。
